Saving a recipe
On Week or Book, tap Create. Photograph a card or choose a photo, confirm the lines, then continue through the editor and tap Save recipe. That path does not spend Plates.
Recipe cards
Open a dish, tap Make a recipe card, preview for free, then tap Generate card. That spends 1 Plate once the JPEG saves. If layout fails, the Plate is returned.
Purchases
Plates are optional Apple consumable packs. There is no restore. If a payment sheet closes after a charge, keep Get Plates open; Hijo records verified Apple transactions on this device.
